U.S. style tail light panel

Hello gentlemen. Does anyone know where to get the U.S. styled rear tail light panel that allows for use of the stock /brake light/tail light function of the Globeliner? I would like to keep the original function of the rear lighting system, but with a cleaner looking rear doing away with the factory bumper. Thank guys.

I use them round 3MM & 5mm LED lens holder from Aliexpress.com for my trucks. They give the rounded appearance, & the black holders look like the rubber grommets that hold the lights in place. You'd need to use a red LED, as the clear bulbs would be slightly showing. HOPE this helps!
