Hey guys, here's the dozer I've been working on:

This is where it started, factory brand new from RC4WD:

It's almost completed. As of right now it has RC Construction Projects regular tracks, upgraded brushless drive units, side rails, & CAT grille. I also am planning on replacing the blade with one of his too, when they become available.
On top of that I did a custom black paint scheme while redoing the hood grab iron to mimic a real CAT D10T:

I've also added sound by installing the USM-RC-3. After rewiring it, replacing the glass fuse with an ATM-4, and moving a few things around I can now fit a 7600mah battery in there. All I have left to finish now are the two top lights, beacons, and the screen in the cab. The cab screen isn't a huge priority for the summer though as hopefully we'll be busy with ops sessions often.
After this one hopefully I'll be building a new one not long after. We'll just have to see.
