I just heard about this on Scale Builders Guild.

Would like to present 1st central ohio rc semi & equipment show.
DON'T MISS IT PLENTYTO DO AND SEE!!!!!
The event will be 4 days. Setup will begin April 11th at noon. If you would like to help setup or vendor that would like to attend please message Jeremy heimerl.
Vendors setup will be Thursday @3pm.
Show will start Friday 12th at 8am and go till we decide in driver's meetings. We will be having driver meeting at 7:45am both mornings in the main building by pit area.
Saturday 13th show starts a 8am-till?
Sunday 14th will be teardown and cleanup. Public/spectators will be both Friday and Saturday 9am to 6pm.
Fees are as follows:
12yrs & Under free
drivers $30day/$50weekend
Spectators $7day
senior spectators $5day
Vendors $100weekend(one weekend driver fee included) 10'x10' limited to 2 spaces max per vendor
vendor's crew required driver fee
NOW ONTO THE FUN!!! There will be 2 large areas to play first large concrete area for rubber play, large amounts of rubber to dig and transport, roads, bridges, loading docks, parking areas, roads will lead out barn door to the adjacent large dirt arena with mounds of dirt to dig, separate, shift, transport, building, shape, will have group construction projects, and semi pulls(depending on the amount of interest). arena has bleachers down both sides for spectators to sit, watch and enjoy.
Both areas share same roof so rain or shine it'll be a blast. Final layout on setup will be decided upon event. Building will be locked at night with staff on site doing walkthroughs all night. Dirt arena does not have walls but has fenced bleachers around edge of arena that will be gated at night. if concerned for items they can be moved into building at night. There is unlimited possibilities and we are not limited by time so let's make this an event that no one will want to miss next year.

Food truck will be on site both days.
Camping available $35 a day electric &water(notify Jeremy in advance please) !! Quiet time @ 10pm-7AM. Pets welcomed (leash law applies). Many local hotels to choose from within minutes of location.
