Hy guys, Does any body know of where to get a traffic light controller to run LEDs on 12 volts. I want to make a four way intersection.
Thanks Paul

Paul, there was a thread about the recent Model Show in the UK, the Truck Chapionships, that had traffic signals. You may want to look at the site for reference, www.rc-trucking.co.uk. The had a build thread also, but i don't remember where I saw it, may have been on another related thread.

I hope this help you find what you're looking for,

Thank you,

Jim

I'm not a programmer, but I would think a set of timer circuits should do it, but would you be able to see it from where you would be standing.

I can't find the uk link but will keep looking, The controller could be built into a building or something like it I'am thinking.
Thanks guys

I have seen a timer circuit for railroad but since it just runs LED it would work in any scale.

they are o scale but you could mount them on a cement post to keep the truck drivers from hitting them when they turn the corner

Nice controller. Looks like you can build whatever you want and you will be golden.

Oh if only not to touch two wires together on the controller, and so now only one ouput works.
Will try again with more $$$$$$$$$$$$
