help finding beginner rc semi truck please

hi im wanting to get my son an rc semi truck&trailer for xmas but not wanting to get the big 1/14 yet bec he is only 4. Does anyone know where i can get one for cheaper thats a little smaller and cheaper but not junk? thanks for any help:)

ihave seen them at truck stops for about 70.00, but these are not hobby grade, just toys. would be good for a 4 year old
