Ok I have been online all day looking for a diagram for an 8" pitch sprocket so i can scale it to the size i need any idea's where to look? Also a D7 or a D8 would also be the same thing thanks for any help
Henry - 8" pitch dude thats big .... Not sure about 8" but do you have a machinery's handbook? It has formulas for common sprockets

yea i was hopeing for a pic and i doubt i am smart enough to figure out those formulas i am trying to get a scale sprocket and make it the size i would like on paper and put it to a peice of metal lol I am shooting for scale with high detail

I looked there thanks for the site but it didn't have what i am tryin to find i would be happy with a diagram drawing lol or a design picture

i drew it out but it wasn't comming out right by 3/16ths so now i am looking for a dementional drawing top , side,and edge veiws

I just looked in the Machinery's Handbook and there is lots of info on sprockets.
