Just build what makes you happy, that is what building is all about. Don't worry about being different, different is a good thing.

the hard part of it all is all i have is a cab to start with. not being around these trucks much i dont know any of the dimensions of anything. so i start with the cab and then am going to build the rest of the truck around it. i made some first cuts last night so we will see where this will go. i got lots of plastic and body filler.............anything is possible. can someone give me dimensions on frame rails......there height, width, how far apart they are, approx how far they sit off the ground, and the minimum ground clearance i will need. any info is greatly appreciated. funds are non existant so im going to try to be very resourcefull and build a mock up frame out of wood

the cab is chopped 3/4 inch. full scale that would be 10.5 inches. it looks really sick. i will post some pictures once i figure out how to

Chopped and dropped, that looks awsome.:D:eek: Now when I stretched the sleeper on my knight, I cut right in front of the farings, and I didn't have to worry about all of the curves in the roof. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.;):) Nice job.:cool:

i was going to cut it right infront of the fairings to stretch the sleeper, but by chopping the top....the roof automatically became a 1/2 inch longer
