Thanks, I have not tested it yet with weight as I still have to make the false floor. I also have to add a cap to top of the sides and build a rear door. It should lift a full box of dirt or rubber and if it doesn't I will just have to rework the hinge points.

This was built from left over parts from my pup trailers and some doner flatbed kits used for the belly dumps I had.

I should have this and the beater truck it is hooked to ready for testing at St Louis next weekend.

Thanks Paul and the truck is actually meaner than it looks. Izzy and I put my Astro Flight puller motor in the truck with a PMD 4:1. The Astro Flight motor is real similar to the motors Holmes hobbies used to build. The motor says 12 turn on the side of it but it only turns 7000rpm on 7.2V and has more power on 4 cells than a 55 turn has on 6. I see some new pinions being installed in the future.:D

Thanks they are made from the side panels of a box trailer. I had some pieces left from cutting up two trailers to make my pup trailers. So I cut them up and put them in as separate panels with the ribs going vertically instead of horizontal like the are on the box trailer.

Thanks woodhog but I can't take the credit for the idea. Here is a link to a thread I posted a while back that has a video link in it.

Here are some pics of the false floor and the tailgate. I still have to cap the top of the sides make a bumper and build a tail gate latch.

I did get a chance to test the trailer today. I put my 37# box of lead at the front of the trailer and picked it up no problem. So the trailer should have no problems with what ever I put in it.
