MACK dump truck.

This will be a slow build of my last dump truck (other than the Izzy dump) but this one will get an Izzy bed as well when there available. Here are the pics of what I have so far.

I am just getting a little burnt out on the dumps and I am getting more into the tow trucks. With this one and the one Izzy and I have for testing his dump bodies I will have 5 dump trucks so it is time for a new challenge, like finishing by big KW rotating wrecker.

This is the Hau Peng body and it comes with all kinds of lights including a row down each side of the hood. I have thought about more axles but I will have to talk myself into making the lift axles.

where did you get the mack body?

I got it from eBay and they are not cheap if you can find one. This cab cost me more than a Tamiya truck kit.

What chassis are you using?

For the mock up I am using an Aeromax. For the final version it will be a custom chassis and I am thinking of adding some axles but I am not sure how many yet.

After 2 years a little update. I have plans for a dump trailer but unless something comes along that just grabs my eye this will be the last dump truck.
