KW W900L Aerodyne "Sublime"

I picked this truck up from Keith as a striped glider and went threw and did a aero sleeper on it made some custom rear fenders for it added some great parts from Travis,Steve,Lynn,Ben and Russ and here is what I ended up with..

That's a great looking truck. I remember seeing all those aerodyne KW trucks as a kid....

Thanks Nate.. The windows are .060 lexan that i cut out the snaded the edges the way I wanted them then used a torch to fire polish the edges shiny again then used the spray VHT tint on the back side..

Nate all you go to do is use a small torch and heat the edges until they shine and then let it cool and you are done..

Looking good Paul, are you going to put the SLU in this one?

Chris I would like to put it in this truck or a cab over but I have not messed with it and I am not real excited about messing with that SLU.

Up the W900 Areo back on the bench in the last 2 weeks and just got it back together for the most part tonight. New twist on the Move'n on out truck not fully finished yet got a few more things to do and install its MFU but here is where I am at..

Thanks Cabs... The fenders I hammer out of alum then sand and polish them a good friend taught me how to do them.. The fenders just left to get some work done to them..

Hi but what is spray VHT tint for lexan . Mike

Mike it is a plastic or glass spray tint you can use made by Dupla Color it works great if you have the surface oil free and clean and you do it in very fine coats. I have used it on the semis and even on full size cars and pickups to tint headlights and tail lights marker lights and such.
