Here my sand master 110v work great , i found the motor in a local
electronic store , with a little work here and there some trips to lowe's is done.

Nice job and good idea covering the motor that way. Just for the sake of completeness I think you should add a caged ladder and cat walk up to the office. Not a real high priority or even really necessary but I think it would top it off. Just my OCD kicking in...

yes a stairway for the office and a scale ticket booth/office on the bottom
