a buddy of my fathers from way back,a man named Jim Dobbas,my father,jim and myself were all Auburn fire volunteers aswell,owns some rather cool trucks,he has a yard in Newcastle cal just packed with old trucks,from the 1920s to presant. heres a link to some of his "stuff".

the top left pic is Jim,and the next one is Don,his son,whom i went to school with.
but my dream..is to have the truck pictured below,i just dont have the talent to build something like this.

BTW,the truck pictured is a 1952 Kenworth.

Dave, there are several talented members here that could help you. The project will take some definite cash, but it IS doable. :D :D

I used to think I was a guy with no real talent in building custom models either. I'm still not AS talented as many on this forum, but I did find out that if you just try, you'll sometimes surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.
