In the past when I ordered parts - it wasn't until parts were ready to ship that I heard from him. We get an automatic reply from a computer when an order is placed (online).

I'd like to respond by saying I don't understand Ric, and my intent is not to "flame" him.


Let me sum up my thoughts, and my thoughts only, about Ric. He has some really awesome stuff, a great website, but he's terrible when it comes to customer service. Whether it's an unreturned call, or email, each represents potential $$.

Return customers maintain stability of a business, while potential customers represent its growth. Maybe he's at a volume of business he's comfortable with, and doesn't feel a need to grow.

In my book there's absolutely no excuse for not returning calls or emails, even if it isn't as quick as someone would like.

I sent him an email on 12/27 that is still unanswered. Maybe his blew up, or emails accidentally were deleted. But based on this thread, I'm sure mine isn't an isolated event.

Hi camero this is the number I use its at the bottom of PMD home page, I just have to call him at the wee hours of the morning here in aus

It's the international code that he needs to dial out of his country.

For me in Canada to call outside of North America is 011 44 then the rest of the numbers. If that doesn't work for you Cameron, then phone your operator to ask what code is needed for USA call.

Hi Cameron, just check that your phone hasn't got call barring for international calls and if it does use skype to get around it and its way cheaper through skype.

I work it out, I have to dial 00111 first then his Ric number.
