Be very careful when ordering from Shapeways. I ordered a cab, hood, floor, battery boxes and fuel tanks. They had trouble with the cab so I wanted to cancel the hole order. They said because they could not make the cab is no reason to cancel the order. After going round and round with them they are going to give me my money back. The order was no good with out the cab. So be careful when ordering from them I will never order from them again. Ed

I just ordered a cab and hood from them...it's currently on its way here...what problem did they have with printing the cab? Looks like mine came out of a factory near queens ny

I've never used their service but seeing some of the crazy stuff they have printed in the past it's sorta surprising they had trouble with a scale cab...

The problem with Shapeways is they only sell the product. There is a design person and then the person that makes the product and then there is Shapeways and there in were the problem lies. They get the money and then they start to make the product and if there is a problem they just send you an email that it can't be made and they ship the rest of the order. My problem is I ordered a cab and hood and other parts for a Mack and with out the cab the rest of the order was worthless to me. Ed

I have had no issues with my Mack Super Liner or my Pete hoods and fenders I'm very happy with both so far...

Just got my shapeways order today, buddy has the Superliner and pete on the way from them...think they had a delay in the cab?

My parts are all good? Hope your order is ok...these were from designer CAA52


This is my 2nd cab from them and very happy with both.
