How much do u cut out of the sleeper to make it a 48 inch sleeper? And what body work bondo is the best to use? And anything else I forgot. Thank you

3.42" long would be a scale 48" in 1/14 scale

I use a band saw set with a guard to guide a nice straight cut. Use auto bondo or tamiya white filler. Lots of sanding, dust and patience !

Lmackattack's right about the measurement :), it's an actual 3.4285 inches. I suggest cutting it to a 3.4375 or 3 7/16 inches.
It makes it easier to measure for cutting and no one will notice the difference.
