I know some of you guys here own this trailer. I have been thinking about buying one, customizing to fit my Wedico Peterbilt and making a few other changes to it including losing the ramp and adding a wood floor. Are these trailers worth buying? I have never seen one in person. Guess I'm looking for a way to have a nice trailer without spending two grand, part of me will probably always want a true lowboy though.

I guess I should have said I don't like the Wedico trailer like it that is offered.

Those trailers kind of remind me of what the track gangs use to haul the side booms, again minus the ramp.

Surprised nobody commented on owning this trailer, was looking forward to some feedback.
RC4WD has them on sale for less than $400.00 right now.
Claus for that price I'll order one. They look great in the pic

I have one and I am doing a wood deck on it and already cut the ramps and slope off the back. For the money they are great

I have one as well... I paid a lot more than 400 for mine...
I would be happier if I paid 400... They are strong, but the springs will sag and then the axles bottom out on the chassis...
Cheers,

Myself and gear jammer have built one of these as well. I really like it. He made his a spread axle and made a filler plate to fill the center wheel well.
