Air con units

Hi all, I'm trying to find a air con unit for the roof and the water tank that mounts on the rear wall..

Why do Aussie trucks have that Ac unit? They already have it on the motor, unless that is to give you hear and Ac while the truck isn't running. Here in the states we refer to those systems as an APU Unit.
