Is mailbox baseball still a fad in the states?

As crudely as that is built, I don't see more than $200 worth of time & materials in that... there's an easy project for you to do this winter Neil. :D

My first thought was mailbox baseball! I never hit anyone's box because we had our own that got ran over, beat up and so on but my buddy's that lived in town and didn't have one thought it was cool to do when we were teenagers. They hit one persons mailbox so many different times that the owner ended up making one out of 1/4" plate. Needless to say no one messed with it after that! Now a days someone here would just steal it.

If I did build a mailbox, it would probably be a skidsteer loader. I do need something out to my shop, for those pesky salesman:lol::lol::lol:

Interesting find Neil. A simple bulldozer mailbox would be cool made from 1/2 steel...that would stop a baseball bat.:D
