Here is a video showing the new ripper working, I believe the ripper will be available in a week or so if not already.

I ordered a ripper as well. Can you tell me where you were able to place the additional hydraulic valve and servo?

Thanks.

That's very nice! Are the shanks of the ripper plastic? It's hard to tell.

Yes they are made of plastic but seem to be strong, I put them into the grass at full speed and it stood up on its back drive wheels.

Are you going to give the ripper an outside test?

I am waiting for the paint to arrive from Liebherr, it should be here by Friday this week. Once it has its colour then in the dirt it goes.

Perhaps sooner or later someone will offer machined ripper shanks! I'm thinking I'll be in for a bit of a challenge, when it comes time to try and pack all the goodies inside the main chassis. It looks pretty snug!

Here is a video of the machine running in the dirt.
The rippers are good but when you climb a slope the rippers get caught up and slow or stop the machine.

So are the servo's for the valve block stuffed underneath the valve block ? And what size ( in oz. ) do you use ?

I don't know about being stuffed under the valve block, but yes they are mounted underneath. :) The servos used are a Futaba s3107 not sure of the (in oz) but are bog stock, no metal gears.

Thanks for answering my questions, mainly just wondering how strong the servo's needed to be to operate the valve block and if there'd be a benefit to using stronger ones. I plan on getting one of the Carson track loaders and wanted to go hydrolic with ripper and multi purpose bucket like lele1077 on YouTube. Which requires another set of valve blocks. If you haven't seen it here is a link.
