Premacon/jung valves

it seems someone saw the flaw in using aluminum for the main body on these valves .

"Hi, after we exhibit in Sinsheim and in Dortmund (Dortmund will take over TTM for us), I take the opportunity maker to post some news. We use currently all resources for new developments and customer delivery.

We are very very long considering how we solve the bottleneck at the valves. ULI supplies us always reliably and on time. We need but currently as many blocks that we have brought the good ULI at the border. He had to cancel also private customers, and we didn't want that.

Together with Jung fluid new valves are now exclusive for PREMACON developed and been made. Of course, the blocks of the dimensions are equal, otherwise we can not Yes Exchange later.

What's new now: - we have introduced new control curves, finer work in the opening range - the valves are 100% on hardened steel on the aluminum adapter plates.
-The gate valves are designed so that they are smooth at any pressure.
-Saeed are up to about 100 bar tested. Where our hoses at 75 bar are burst.

We have promoted the development together with Jung and financed, there will be the valves only with us.

The valves will be than to have 1 series 3 series 5 series 6 and 7 BLock. The first delivery to us takes place in approximately 6-8 weeks.

Re: Premacon/jung valves

There is also a new pump... http://premacon.com/index.php/de/neu...en-2013-teil-2

It will be interesting to see the new pump and valves in action... I want to hear how much quieter the new setup is and it would be interesting to check the current draw as well.
