DOOR HINGES ???????

was wondering what is the easiest way to do hinges on a service truck body i am building?the doors overlap the out side of the body.would it be better to make them fit the hole?
this is one of those times i think i am spending way to much time thinking about it and now suffering brain damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any help would be appreciated thanks
