A 1000 or 2200 milli amp hr or 1 or 2.2 amps, it's like the differnce in size of your gas tank.
What dimensions are your rc4wd battery? I use Enrich Power lipos, all 5000's, they're quite compact, the last pic in my thread shows a 3s.
