Steve, I'm no camera guru but, This is what I have been using since Christmas. I am very happy with it. As you can see my macro can get really detailed shots. Steady hands is all you need or use one of those tiny tripods. I hardly ever use the flash in my shop. I took some pictures this weekend at camp in the dark with flash and they turned out very nice.
