Airbrush Advice needed

Hi all,
Im wondering what Airbrushes you all use. Im looking at an Iwata brush. I want to paint both freehand graphics with games workshop, and flames of war too. But maybe another brush for the main paint to lay down the base coat. I was looking at a starter kit with a gravity feed twin action. Also im right handed,
