I believe when it was released it was near $16000 or $17000. But I guess if you're a die hard CAT fan then it would overtake and win the original finish.

Eh, it's cool in it's raw finish, but it's pretty much a shelf queen like that. I'm pretty sure these models aren't going to hold their value any better as a raw brass finished machine, other then for the fact that they are quite simply another low hour, like new model that has never been run. I think it looks better painted!
