1.5mm +/- 0.5mm wall thickness is natural. Will also like to mention that we are, among else, talking about machining external and internal o-ring grooves of +/- 0.05mm tolerances to make it a success. And to have detailed knowledge of how full scale cylinders looks like inside doesn't hurt.
