Looks good Chris. I sure have seen a lot of those and your spot on. Just be sure to paint it black, add rust, and bend the rear crossmember to the rear where the tow strap has been pulling on it.

FYI - the homes I built were 15' 10" wide for a 32' and about 11' 6" to 12' 6" tall with the roof folded on the high side, trailer not included.
