What kind of truck? Body type?
PMD makes a very nice pintle type hitch, for a truck to tow a trailer. Trailer could be pup type, which has weight on the pintle hitch. Or it could be a pull type trailer with all weight on it's own axles, and a pintle hitch just tows it.
