Got all 22 of the extension supports done, just a couple pics of the process I came up with.

I was using a piece of wire to elevate the plate for a centering lift, it soldered to the brass, I added too much solder.



Turned a piece of aluminum to use for a spacer and that worked for the rest of them.





Had to add more than the usual heat needed as the aluminum jig was acting like a giant heat sink, just took a little longer to get up to flowing temp.
