Hi Tracy, good point, was thinking about that. The screws that attach the actual lights might interfere with the fender supports.
Before cutting into the supports I will try to make a support out of some thin brass plate I have using the supports as a template. Now I hope that reading Berna's threads, maybe some of his brass working skills have rubbed of on me.
