I started off with this guy. But he whined about old trucks, and went to take night classes so he could move up. I think he's ultimately wanting to be management.

Now he thinks he can run a crane better than my expert

So i ended up hiring this guy to drive the truck

It's still scale, and i play fairly well with others, most of the time...
