Will the motor work if you take it out of the gear box..??... might be a bound up gear...if it is bad...Try just replacing the motor, get a 370 or 380 motor...pull the gear off the bad motor, cut the shaft on the new motor to the same length as the old motor ...use a small "C" clamp and press the gear on the new motor and put it back together...
