Made the molds using mold putty, came out acceptable. Tried casting with JB Weld, and suprise I have some parts.
 The parts will clean up with a file and sand paper.If I have some parts prototyped again I will raise the resoulation. These parts were set on the lowest resoulation for rendering. Although the resoulation does not show in the rendering photo, it will show up in the printed part.
