Hi Mike, I don't want to hi jack your thread but I think this would be the best place for it. Evolution of that cb antenna
I got a early xmass present to day witch meant I could start on the mirrors for my rig so I did some evolving of your aerial and Ausiie/ 540-MAN's aerial, I used spring wire same as (Ausiie/ 540-MAN's ), and twisted some thin electric wire down it and than wrap it around the top of the mirror bracket so I can feed it into a small hole above the door on my rig, then used some heat shrink over the top (Mike), I then used some chrome vinyl over the top of the mirrors for a better reflection...
