paint issue

I am guessing it is not the primer. Have you put clear on it yet or is this just the paint.

I thought I had a serious problem and called a friend of mine at the shop where I buy automotive paint. I told him I tried to go the easy route and explained what the paint was doing and he said have no fear just put the clear on and it would be fine. So I took a chance and cleared the cab and it turned out fine.
