Holy smokes Jason! That counterweight and the hood is looking awesome. Been looking forward to some updates on this for a couple weekends, and you never disappoint! Maybe instead of hinges on the hood you could use some rare earth magnets, and make the whole deal removable. I'm kind of headed that way with my KW project. I have to be able to remove the cab, to get to the battery, and I'm not going to drill holes and screw it to the base. Just bouncing the idea around.
