Wow, this is going to be a monster. I read that you were going to make the hydraulic motors and valves. I'd like to see that step by step as I would like to build my own. Great start on the build.

Hi there!
I think the German build has electric tracks, planetary drives with brushless outrunners. There's a picture on the last page of the thread. How do you plan to get the hydraulic oil from the upper to the lower section of the excavator? Cheers Pip
