here is a few better pics - mounted the spacer sub frame - like the flap hangers??? And that special goody at the back is for later.....
    next to work on is the door hinges & the wood top boards

A nifty little tandem axle pup with a low pro stiff pole (like my pup) & a box about the same length as your trk would be the ultimate duet for this build Izzy.
Lower your pintle about 10mm.

Yup - a pup......was thinking the pintle was too hig - bummer since I have strut bars in the bottom - what apain to assemble........but then again - that's what we like......

Hay Chris most pintle hitches are made adjustable on both the truck and the trailer but almost always adjustable on the trailer so it can be set for a fixed pintle on a truck. In the 1:1 world you don't always have a good mounting option on the truck. So I would suggest making the pup fit what you have. Just an idea.

Hey Izzy, I measured my truck (Mack CL 713) this afternoon, it sit's at about 22 1/2-23'' range, at the bottom of the "throat" Hope this help's!

Thanks doodlebug - I'll check mine ....
- here's some more pics - re-mounted the front bumper and some more "goodies" - side boards are mounted as well as the tail gate - need to attach the inner filler panel on the tailgate yet - need some parts.....

I've been waiting to see this build,& thought you hadn't even started it yet.Then talk to Travis last night & he says your almost done w/it.

You've got quite a bit of box overhang there Izzy.
 How far below is the tailgate covering the pintle with the box raised high enough for clean out?
