Thanks, one other limitation which Ive spent countless hours working around is how to strategically slice up a model to be printed using the least amount of support which relates to a cleaner, quicker print. If your interested in breaking some boundaries, check out my 3D printed F350 thread in the link below( if you haven seen it yet). That was a real test of my patience. Lol. Thanks for the comments again.

Yes I have looked at that!! And it's very good. I really liked how you added the male/female pins for assembly. I imagine the holes were a tad bigger than pins? Do you mix glue? I just use abs pipe glue from hardware store. Has been easy and great. I even have some black glue. But that will not be around for too much longer as government is basically trying to outlaw abs pipe in home construction. It's just a less dense wall structure than PVC. Problem was drain lines would sag. But that was from not having hangers used properly not the pipe. Thanks for posting that build it looks killer. " have tires, need to build something" lol!!! If I recall the comment.

Haha, Ya that's right. Had the tires..I'll build something to put them on.
I've never used glue, only acetone and a small paint brush. Welds the parts together like nobody's business, just like styrene and Bondene. Try it since you'll be without the abs glue due to the lack of hangers used...:)

Thank you,

A few new pics of powdercoated body and parts from Water Jet. Pictures dont represent the true color of the Cat yellow, but its really a good match. Im pleased as well with the color matching of the Cat spray paint and the Cat yellow powdercoat. Boom, stick, cylinders and lower cab are spray painted, the rest is pc.

Thanks Ed, Theres a place about 10 minutes from me that we use for water jetting. Not exactly a cheap process, ($ 160 for these 5 parts, one not shown)but you cant argue the finished product is sweet. I can just email them a file of the parts i create and they take it from there, which is pretty easy. I factor the convenience into the cost. They price by the piercing, and these parts had 346. The other outer panels i had them cut for me didnt cost as much even though there were like 25 parts. There were less piercings involved. Thanks for checking in.

Wow looks even better. Keep up the great work. What scale would you say this is? I'm sorry if you had said it previously.

Here are a few pics i thought were worth posting again, turned the LED shop lights off and the color is much more accurate now. Got some masking and painting left before finishing up some wiring.
