The TENERGY I found is Item #31284, a 5000mah, 25C battery. BUT, I received one that was DOA (0.0 volts) and no longer buy TENERGY.

TENERGY has a battery that will fit. It's charging!

The info with the kit says it is dual voltage - 7.2v or 12v. This is only true with an empty truck. Even then, 11.1v will raise the bed in 30 seconds, while 7.4v takes 60...

The cone points did not hold.

As a last resort, I used Loctite 290 as a retaining compound. So far, it's held through four batteries. Hopefully that was the fix.

No - This is a NEW replacement motor. It should have been ready to roll as received. I expected it to be OE (guess it was, it failed).

The motor shaft is smooth. I took the original motor apart...

I installed the new motor. Same problem - housing slid on the shaft. Checked the set screws - both had backed out 1-2 turns. Currently waiting on a response from RC4WD.
