sluggish hydraulics wedico 345d

My lovely "new" 345d excavator had somewhat slow hydraulics when I got it 6 weeks ago , and now they are even slower. The main boom is really slow.
I expect the hydraulic pump motor is going bad. Or...

Found a PDF wedico file online for the 345d and was able to remove the track assemblies.The offending track was quite tight and after much mechanical movement, and some oil ,it runs a loose,...
