Also go into radio settings and look at the display screen and see if your sticks are moving the valves to 100 percent open.

engine revs , I can set max revs on the signal reversing cable ( small pot on board )

that's the one Joe, found it by mistake.
good for practising the bucket swaps, I need some more reading time to see if I can do something with the slew as its quite jerky and smooth small movements...

last play for the day, a quick test of ripper 2.0 and a bit of practice swapping buckets on the quick release.
found a switch on the radio.
it kills 4th valve and slows stick movement, very handy....

all right update time.
have sorted my issues with the 4200.
I had a leaking pump seal, new pump sorted that.
I played with the radio settings and made a complete hash of it.

Im uesing the tellus 15 equivalent which is a dte light by mobil as its free and avaliable at work.
the hydraulic guy here at work recomended it for the application but he insisted on a test drive...

I have run the system dry due to a pump seal leak but have swapped the motor wires around to change direction and now...

had the urge to have a play wit the king hauler, loaded up the excavator and grabbed a battery to find out that after 10 minutes that it wasn't fully charged.

Hi ya chris. The king is fitted with a pmd 4:1 reduction box (in the retail section) bolts directly to the original gearbox and pulls my 35kg dozer no worries.

thanks Joe, i notice mine will drop the bucket like a stone with too much stick movement and it will also pull it around too easily.
