Re: PFB's Vario JD 850D

Dolly system didn't work. Back to the drawing board. Need to get more weight further back or get the top bar to lock into the cradle better. Front section was dragging on the ground. The tire...

Re: TEREX A300

Good stuff! Can't wait to see more. Been thinking of a crane myself. Something smaller like this might be a better idea than biting off more than I can chew.

Re: PFB's Vario JD 850D

Got the new dollies finished up. I lost track of how much time I have in these. Well over 20-30 hours. The first versions I didn't spend as much time in the preplanning as I did on these. The fit...

I'd like to make a mechanical sliding 5th wheel plate. I'm planning on getting a lot of time on this rig at Indy and then plan what needs changing. I think the C500 would be a good first project...

Re: PFB Tri-Axle King Hauler

Most of the trucks I researched had it set right where I do. I haven't checked the spacing for my bottom dump trailers but those might need the 5th wheel moved back. I will eventually have an...

Nobody use these yet? Morockin you got these in your Armageddon rig yeah? Wondering how smooth/strong they are inside. Need a better option for my heavy haul.

Re: Mill advice needed

I'd rather have too big than be limited. There are several occasions where I have an idea that I can't create because I'm limited to my Taig Micro Mill's size. If it's a reasonable price and you...

Re: My new Cat 769D Dump

Re: My new Cat 769D Dump

Getting this thing all wired up for Indy. Figured it'd be nice to have adjustable limit switches to make setting everything up faster.

Re: Toy truck'n construction show count down

Sorry to hear that Terry. I'll have a buddy with me that's just getting started and may be looking for a new truck to buy. I know he's commented on your red hauler before so maybe we can help you...
