Re: I think I am in love

Ah...

Thanks for the smile guys...

That sh*t-he*d nephew of mine had one from work, and was always breaking it, or it would reset and lose his directory. I'd tell him to change providers, and make...

Re: Need some help: Wedico/Tamiya dropdeck

Hokay Guys & gals,

I'm looking at buying a used drop-deck trailer, but it is missing the rear loading ramps. I'm not sure I can buy them separately, so I'm asking if any of the "fabricators" here...

Re: Tamiya Actros 1851 Megaspace

Gotta nods to OzT there,

Was clancing through the Bruder catalog for scale options, and noticed the Mack cabs on many of the designs. From the tractor, to dumper, to cement, and a few others, lots...

Guys...

If you wanted to possibly do some dual-events with the R/C tankers down that way, they have a field in Fort Erie, just the Canuck side of Niagara Falls. Gimme a hollar, and I can give ya a...

Re: tanks

I'm fairly sure the FMC skidders wwere based on surplussed Sherman chassis. You can still find pics of them today, and many are still in use out in BC.

And I agree, MatoMart is a good source,...

Re: Hammer Down Trucker's Army 6x6 Build..

Those look like stock Hummer rims, but what are the tires?

And the body looks like it could become a Zil 131, Ural 375D, or mebbe ditch it, go armored car, and make a BTR-152 like the beast that...

Re: Reasonable Advice Needed

George:

Quite a few years ago, I converted a SOTW 1/6 Kubelwagen to RC (2WD only) using an old Traxxas Bandit that I had laying about. It was great, and cheap.

Now, that being said, you need to...

3 speed tranny's and ball bearings... NOT recommended?

Guys:

I've been told that it is NOT recommended that you put ball bearings in the stock Tamiya three-speed tranny's. I scanned the forum, and could not find any evidence of this 'advice', and also...
