Re: I just don't understand...

I like the paint scheme. After looking closer, yes, you can clearly see it's photo shopped.

Thank you Lmackattack.

Me too, Mario! Ha ha. Alright, I'll get back to the workbench, just as soon as I'm done posting this. Thanks for the comments.

Thanks Aaron!

Re: My new project...yes.

Lovin' the LEDs, John. The LEDs in the mirrors and side skirts are nice. I think it's time to put some in the visor now. :D You sure can lay down a smooth layer of paint too. The trailer frame...

Re: My First One

Looks great! Nice job on putting together your very first truck! What's next? A trailer? Or maybe some upgrades on the King Hauler? You know you can't stop now! :D

Re: MPE – 24M Motor Grader Build

Wow, the walkway/platforms are amazing. Must have took some time to machine those parts out of aluminum! Your truck cabs in the background look nice too. 3D printed, I assume? I can't wait to see...

Re: Vario Digger in Cat Yellow

Wow, that's a good looking cab and cab protector! All 3D printed, I assume? Looks awesome. You definitely have a way with reworking models to make them more scale and unique.

Re: 777 HAUL TRUCK (1/12 size)

Really enjoyed your videos. I watched some of the others as well. The 110 pound load and incline test was pretty impressive! You did a nice job putting this model together, that's for sure. It...

Re: 1950 Kenworth Needlenose

Okay, so it's a beautiful day outside and thought I would snap some pictures of the Kenworth in some natural sunlight. I spent some time working on the cab. I removed and sanded the original...

Re: 1950 Kenworth Needlenose

Hi Ed, I've heard about Eastwood, but I never knew they had an aluminum filler. Might have to look into it, if I decide to have the cab anodized, but right now I'm leaning more toward a classy paint...

Re: 1950 Kenworth Needlenose

Thank you Lou, I appreciate that. I am not sure about trying to paint this truck myself. Paint and I really don't get along to well. I would like to send the cab out to someone for a really nice...

Re: Logging & Construction Equipment

Wow, that actuator is so smooth and quiet, and I think you did a great job on the design of that scissors lift mechanism. In my opinion, it's a nicer way to go than the screw drives. The lifting...

Re: BJ and The Bear KW with Reefer Trailer

The rear doors on the reefer look great. Maybe what you need now is a couple red bunk lights to shine and reflect off that polished headboard on the trailer!

Re: LR634 is HERE!!!!! Tracked loader

I like how you cut the rear grille out. Out of curiosity, why did you need to add one extra track pad/grouser to the tracks?

Re: Drilling custom frame

Without any fancy tools, this is how I would do the holes in the top of the webs. Clamp the two new frame rails back to back, with the webs facing outwards from each other. Measure the distance of...

Re: help with things to look for in a quality radio

In my mind, a quality radio today should be 2.4 giga-hertz. It should also feature more than one toggle switch that can be assigned, or is assigned to a channel/function. Most importantly, at least...

Dave, any chance you could get a photo for us to look at? It might be easier to see if something isn't wired correctly, potential points of shorting, or if you could have a bad solder joint. How is...

Re: Kenworth 850 Off Highway

I never get tired of looking at photos of your masterpiece models, sitting outside in a natural environment. Yes, okay, so the little trucks on the big trailer is not a good scale load or anything,...

Re: S&M Trucking open for bizz nizz !!!

That turned out nice, Mario. I like the visor and grille. Both add a lot to the truck, along with the double square headlights. That's definitely worth the effort. Yup, I have to agree with you. ...

Re: My Cascadia build.

Self-tapping are not necessary. Regular 3x.5mm machine screws will cut their own threads into the plastic pieces just fine and they won't strip out as long as you don't keep tightening them after...

Re: BJ and The Bear KW with Reefer Trailer

That looks awesome. The Kenworth is very sharp. The Peterbilt must have been in for service - needed the fuel turned up so it could chase down a Valiant? :D Quite a contrast between trucks. One...
