The one here is 12MB. Pretty big, but OK. Ideally under 4MB and I'd consider 15MB an upper limit. Also depends on the image host you're using.

Rebuilt all the hard lines with thinner wall brass for better flow. Surprisingly the soldering iron did better work than the torch....

Boom and stick are machined aluminum as two pieces each. Left and right are a press fit together with no external fasteners. Mostly hollow.

I'm curious to see the badges and how complex they are. I'm able to do some CAD work to get you a printable file, but exact dimensions and font will be some guess and check.

Crab steer is a must! It should be pretty easy to setup on the radio....

Sorted out the binding at the rear servo and that tightened up some of the freeplay in the splines. Assembled the steering to try it out. Rear knuckles need higher mounting point to prevent binding...

Don, in your driveshaft search did you run across any with a 4mm bore? Been looking for another project, but haven't seen much. Everything is 5mm that I found, or 4mm/3mm mismatch.
