The DIP switches for the 10A, 12A & 25A are all different, so whatever your 2x5 instructions tell you to turn off Auto Calibrate.
The ones I have used in the last couple of loaders I built are the "2x5 RoboClaw" esc's but they have the same dipswitches and programing as the Sabertooth. They have larger heatsinks than the Sabertooth and fit nice in the Loader:

If you want to turn off the auto calibrate like Joe does there is a data sheet on that link that tells you what the dip switches are for. You just lift the black rubber cover from under where the battery sits and you can see the whole esc board and it is easy to access.
