Thank you very much. I really enjoy the engineering challenge of getting strength & power out of these little machines.

I improved the bucket curl mounts. The mounts on the prototype loader work fine but, they don't like nice.

This design has more rigidity and protects the servos from getting hit:





With the servo screw heads milled down it allows the two servos (sitting back to back) to fit nicely in the lift assembly and creates a rigid assembly.





I also made beefier aluminum drive hubs. I'll post up pics later when I get the 4-40 screws that I ordered for them.

Since I had to order more parts, I have a more accurate list:

Radio system
Tamiya twin motor gearbox
shims for tamiya gearbox assembly (you loose about 10 to 20% of gear contact on some of them if you leave them sloppy)
silicone to seal gearbox up (makes it last a very long time)

4-40 screws & washers to secure gearbox to chassis

Just make the hub larger where the screws are so that you can make the 4-40 screws tight without worrying about striping out the aluminum threads. A few things I need to change to are: a more powerful lift boom servo and change the existing ESC to a castle creations 6V BEC so I can get max rpm from the gear motors and max torque from the servos. But beyond that it is highly functioning and so much fun to operate!
