What is the little piece of equipment, sitting in the background, with the rims piled on it's base? A snow cone maker? The handle makes me think mini drill press, but I don't see a motor, chuck, or cord anywhere. I thought maybe a hand tapper, but there is no handle for turning the taps. Can't be an arbor press. Not even leverage with those little handles. I give up!

So, I grabbed for some wild idea of using as 1 till I investigated it a little more . It's got a granite base and a dial indicator put in it and we got a hight test stand
