i've changed the device and now i can drill a hole exactly in the middle of the leave spring

Nice work. One question can you show how you obtain the set in the spring. Set being the curve.

Hello Paul,

i hope to translate it correct: While cutting the bronze with scissors, it curls. I turned the strpes manual in the correct Position, only little and fast work.

I really like what you have done. What thickness of bronze are you using, and what material are you using to hold the springs together?

Hello Rob,

the thickness is 0,5mm. The parts for hold the springs together is in every windshield wiper under the rubber. Naturally i have used an old. The parts a pressed with aid of a vise.
